The NYC Human Rights Law protects you from discrimination in:

In most cases, the law applies to employers with 4 or more employees. Domestic workers are protected even if they are the only worker in a household.

Employers must provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities, religious practices, pregnancy and related conditions, and certain needs related to domestic violence, stalking, or sexual violence.
