You can report a ticket seller that does not provide seating information for an event in New York City.

Ticket sellers for sporting or entertainment events must:

  • Post a seating diagram or a sign stating a diagram is available
  • Provide information on the ticket about the view if the seller offers obstructed-view seats
  • Provide information about the number of seating levels in the event space, as well as the level of the customer's seat when the business sells tickets by telephone
