Need something else?

You can report a street sweeper that:

  • Did not clean a street properly or come by during its posted Alternate Side Parking (ASP) days and times
  • Was blocked by a vehicle during the posted ASP schedule

What You Can’t Report

Reports are not accepted:

  • For streets without posted ASP regulations
  • Before or during the posted ASP schedule
  • For Sundays
  • For days when sweeping operations were suspended due to holidays, severe weather conditions, or other reasons

This request form cannot be used to report Illegal Parking in progress or Abandoned Vehicles. Visit those pages instead to report those problems.

File a Report

In your report, you must provide:

  • Exact address
  • ASP days and times posted on the street
    • You can look up the ASP schedule for a specific street by using the Department of Transportation (DOT) Parking Sign Locator.
