The Special One-Time Assistance (SOTA) program provides one year's full rent to landlords for rental units. Landlords receive SOTA payments on a monthly basis.  

SOTA payments are mailed out as follows:

• Checks for the 2nd month and reissued checks are sent on the 2nd Monday of the month
• Reissuance of cancelled checks are sent on the 3rd Monday of the month
• Checks for months 3 through 12 are sent on the 4th Monday of the month
