Call 911
Call 911 to report a medical or health-related emergency, or a person in need of medical assistance.

The Adult Protective Services (APS) program helps at-risk people 18 years and older to live safely in their community.

APS can help arrange services and support for adults who:

  • Have physical or mental disabilities
  • Are unable to manage their own resources
  • Are unable to protect themselves from abuse and neglect
  • Have no one who is willing to assist them

Anyone can refer an adult to APS. You can refer yourself if needed.

You can get help regardless of income.
